Do diet pills really work?
Question:
Answer:
I work in marketing for a diet company that has done research on plenty of diet pills and other "quick fixes." The answer, unfortunately and quite simply, is no. Many of the "clinically proven" diet products you see out there make claims not backed by the FDA. You would be shocked to learn how easy it is to claim that your product is "clinically proven."
Proper nutrition and an active lifestyle is the safest and most effective way to lose weight. I lost 30 pounds and have kept it off for 2 years just by being conscious of what I eat and keeping active.
Good luck!
try eating healthy and excercising. its the best and safest way. diet pills are not good for your body. if your tired have some caffeine.
no they don't...i tried it b4..still had my weight
No-as your own experience has shown you stop pill popping and you regain the weight. The best thing is natural energy boosters like fruit juices and exercise combined with a sensible diet. Talk to a dietitian and get a calorie plan that works for you. Watch the portions of meat and carbs but don't eliminate them they really help with the energy and increase your deep green vegetables and fresh fruit. Once you have a better grip on the foods you eat you will be able to keep the weight off permanently! Good Luck!
No they work to lessen the money in your wallet.. and are a scam. if they worked we would all be skinny eating at the all you can eat bar..
