Have you ever used a prescription diet pill?
Question:
Any sane advice will be taken into consideration!
Thanks!!
Answer:
adipex works however it always gave me a headache. I think meridia or xenical are better choices. bontril works at decreasing your appetite and one doctor gave me this to take 3 times a day with meals and adipex 1 time a day. good luck with your weight loss. of course, drink lots of water and any continued body movement like walking helps speed up your metabolism.
Yes I tried Tenuate many years ago...before it was banned. It didnt help much.
I tried Reductil more recently and it caused me to have a very bad upset stomach so I gave up on that too.
Over the last 7 months I have lost 5 1/2 stone with diet and exercise...no pills.
yes, and it's adipex, but the generic name is phentermine. It, along with dieting and exercise should work well for you.
i have taken alot over the years and also b-12 shots for energy..if you go to a diet doctor they will probably put you on a phentermine suppressant and a water pill, most places are the same and they do work alot faster than over the counter ones, plus you weigh in at the doctors, he gives you a guide for eating as well and monitors you blood pressure and pulse.good luck oh and plan on paying around $70- 100 a month**
