Has anyone ever taken the diet pill phentermine (30 mg) and did it work?

yes it works but like any diet you have to learn how to eat and maintain after you loose the weight, and drink water and exercise

It is a amphetemine and a perscription drug, it will probably work well, but there could be possible side affects. make sure you are healthy enough to take it and have a perscription for it. Focus on healthy foods and exercise daily for healthy weight loss. and there is no magic pill that will cause weight loss, you need to change your lifestyle to ensure long lasting weight loss.
It worked fast, but when I stopped taking it the weight came back very fast.
