Diet Pills Pros and Cons...?
Question:
Thanks!
Answer:
It depends on what you expect from the pill. I read alot of bashing of these pills, some justified, some not.
If you're going to use a pill in conjunction with an exercise program, and the pill increases energy, motivation, or metabolism, my experience has been that some pills are an asset.
Many of the people who bash the diet pills were people who bought the pills, didn't increase their caloric expenditure (through exercise, or increased activity), and didn't change their eating habits, which I admit, is hard to do.
I have had good results with RELACORE (improved my mood, and I lost mid-section inches), LIPODRENE (great for energy, before a work-out and decreased appetite) and my best results were with STACK.
STACK is a weight-loss system, NOT a pill. Every person, whom I know, that used STACK lost an average of 1 pound a day. I can email the testimonials. Botton line --- STACK works. In fact, if it doesn't, you get your money back.
If you're looking to lose weight, and not just looking for a pill to blame your weight-loss failures on, any one of the above will probably work. STACK will definitely work.
I WOULDN'T TOOOOOOOO MANY SIDE AFFECTS(NAUSEA, DIARRHEA, OVER UNEXPLAINED WEIGHT LOSS.ETC)
it makes you bitchy. don't take if you are in a relationship.
Have a look at www.healthyAffairs.com they explain all about the pills.
