You are still eating too much, you need to reduce your caloric intake by eating primarily protein, low-carb and low-fat foods.

If you are very disparate, try drinking two protein shakes a day and NOTHING else. You'll find you'll loose the weight quite quickly, especially if its combined with exercise.

But of course, with every diet plan, you need to drink lots of water. I'd say 3 litres a day at the very least.
Youre probably not doing any of the things you listed above, except maybe taking diet pills (which, by the way, is the worst thing to do for your system).

Most people dont realize that "walking" for 20 minutes a day does nothing. 'Eating right' means you eat meals with portions no bigger than your fist, cut out the junk entirely and drink LOTS OF WATER. Also, cardio will do NOTHING for you if you dont do some kind of weight training. The funniest thing i see when i go to the gym are the 'regular girls' who come in, jump on the treadmill for 30 minutes then leave. They are doing nothing but sweating.

Did you know weight training boosts your metabolism (aka, the stuff that makes you loose weight) by almost 50%? And ok dont go all hulk on us, even doing light reps with 10-20 lb weights is fine, you'll be toner AND skinnier.

P.S its normal to lose appx 2-3 lbs a week on average. If youre losing more than that, its probably just water weight youre losing and you will quickly gain it back. Dont give up, but dont assume youre not losing weight 'trying' when you cant stick to a strict routine.
You are not losing weight becaue you are still eating too much. Dieting is very simple and easy...all you have to do is to EAT LESS and this works for EVERYBODY who wants to lose weight.
First thing is forget about diet pills! If you want to lose weight more properly, you should include a more intensive workout, make it light initially but increase it as your fitness level increases. Perhaps you need to see your physician and make sure you don't have a medical problem that is causing this. There are many, many things that could cause weight gain. I strongly suggest you go in and have some blood work done and go from there. Your physician may just be what you need to help you out. Good luck!
