Can anyone explain how they felt after taking Phentermine or Adipex diet pills? Do they cause tiredness?

I took Adipex for about 3 months and lost 50 pounds in 6 months. After i would take a break from the pill for a couple weeks, which your suppose to do after you take it for a month. I felt tired and hungry all the time as well. It was like my appetite came back full force!! That's the bad thing about Phentermine or Adipex they work so well while your on them but as soon as you stop taking them you crash. I would say if your still trying to loose weight dint take these anymore. You'll have to do it the right way which is the hard way unfortunately.lol. I'm at a hard point right now because i cant seem to loose the weight that i put back on after i stoped taking them. After stopping them I didn't feel a thing, my appetite slowly started to come back, but that is all. They may cause you to feel tired since you are coming down from the high. It is the same as a sugar crash. So, I do beleive what you are feeling is normal.
