I can't lose weight at all..what diet should i use? or can any diet pill help me?

Have your thyroid levels checked. I had the same problem, but once they regulated my thyroid levels, it is much easier.
Can you list some more information? Please list age, height, and weight. Also, summarize your level of daily activity, what kinds of foods you eat, and whether or not you exercise. Without information, no one can give you the right answer.

Have you tried exercising? You need to look at your diet, and find out how many calories you are consuming on a daily basis. Even if you are exercising, but you are still consuming too many calories, you will not lose weight, at the very least, you will maintain your weight. The only way you will lose weight is if you are burning more calories than you consume. No diet pill is going to help you lose weight. It takes hard work and determination. Eat a healthy diet and exercise.
You don't want diet pills. Exercise and watch what you eat. These are the two best things you can do. When exercising, you have to get your heart rate up enought that you can burn the calories. There is some good information you can read here. You can also check the second link it's about cooking but I have seen some diet info there.

A common pitfall in dieting is what we drink. Many people consume a thousand calories in their beverages. Black coffee is fine and tea is but do not add cream, milk or sweeteners. Do not drink juice or soda, etc. For the first two months drink only water, at least 8, 8 oz glasses a day. Wake up a half hour early and go for a brisk walk. Up your fiber intake. Eat lean meats. Make sure you are getting Omega 3 fatty acids, they are found in fish, for example. Hungry, gnaw on some celery, carrots or cucumbers. Eat fresh unprocessed foods, fruits vegetables and grains, eat beans 3- 5 times a week. Do all that stuff and you will lose a bunch of weight and have healthy glowing skin.
Watch the number of calories you eat every day. Eat less than 2000 calories. I have heard that just by sitting you lose 2010 calories, or 2100 calories everyday. So if you are probably eating more than that every day no matter what exercise you do.
Once you reach 3500 calories of loss, you have lost a pound. If you want it to go faster, exercise more.
