I agree with advising against pills for a weight loss option. Friends who have tried them have suffered problems such as addiction to them and adverse side effects. Lifestyle change is the best option, and alot easier then you may think. Changing your eating habits, like eating less carbrohydrate heavy foods while eating more other types of food to replace them can help. The greatest effect would be acheived through physical activity though. You dont have to run a marathon ... just walk to the store instead of driving .... things like that. It may take longer to lose the extra pounds this way but in the end you will be healthier and thus happier.
