Would like info about the diet pill.RAPIDSLIM SX?
Question:
Answer:
I took it for a few days and had to stop. My stomach was queasy, I couldn't handle even the starter dose of two pills two times a day, it made me a total insomniac, and I promptly got a sinus infection right after taking it. To be fair, the sinus thing was probably due to other factors (fatigue, colds going around, etc.), but I wonder if it might not have been that last straw for my already struggling immune system. I did lose a few pounds since I had no appetite at all, but it wasn't worth it since I felt so awful.
If you're looking for something that'll keep you from being hungry, hoodia alone might help without making you nauseous or wired (*might*, I don't know your situation or medical history and I am not a doctor, just a lifelong dieter). Much as I wish there were a magic bullet solution, the good old combo of healthy eating and exercise is still the best way to go. Good luck!
I guess it's good to see if someone has taken it but I wouldn't risk taking any diet pills of any kind. They can be dangerous, you don't know what you are taking. The best way to lose weight is to exercise and have a healthy diet.
