Well I tried a diet pill called Adapex. I am not sure if I spelled it right. But you have to get a doctors prescription for it. It worked really well for me and I had no side affects on it. It gave me a lot of energy plus suppressed my appetite very well.
forget the pills....eat less exercise more and eat with a slotted spoon.
