The best diet pill to take while working out?

i run every morning for 20 minutes and have for the last 2 months
but im not losing weight as fast as i want to. any advice?
Take some whey Protein shakes everytime before you run, it helps you gain muscle and burn fat...diet pills arent healthy.
it is not good to lose weight too fast. It didn't come overnight, so give it time to lose it, it will be safer for you in the long run. I don't advice using diet pill while you are working out. If you son't feel like you are not doing much, try doing aerobics exercises..It is much fun and you will lose weight even without noticing it.

It is called Vitamin C. It is a natural diuretic and does you a lot of good. About 1000 to 2000 mg a day.
Add some weight bracelets or a backpack. Take the stairs.don't eat processed food. Ditch the pill idea,slow and steady loss will stay off longer and easier.
to answer your question, i would highly suggest trying Fahrenheit. when i first tried that, i lost 4 pounds in a week. yes, after a while, you'll be gaining more muscle mass. so it may seem like you aren't losing anything. i once heard on FitTv, to not pay attention to the scale, but mind how your pants are fitting. back to Fahrenheit, i believe it's a great product, because you can feel your metabolism working. if you're not into those kind of things, than i'd suggest looking into more natural supplements. for example, power-pops, majority of the ingredients in there are all natural. except for a couple of things, to help fuse the ingredients together. my husband wanted to try these out and he loved it. he later got me into selling these things too. of course, as stubborn as he is, in not seeing super, lightning fast results (like losing 4-10 pounds in a week) he slowly stopped doing anything. check on the link below and read the information on the site. if it doesn't sound like something to you, then no worries.
