Most diet pills work by all the fat u eat. Just comes out straight away in ya ****. So make sure your near a toilet. or eat no fat. .
I am not sure, I wish I knew. All the diet pills I have used haven't worked, besides phentermine- which is prescription-but it also made me SO hyper it made me crazy. I can tell you this- there is a type of candy/diet pill called AYDS that has been out for years... Anyhow, the active ingrediant is phenylpropanolamine--which is in a lot of cold medications. I can't take cold meds because they make me wired and nuts, but I don't want to eat while taking them. I can tell you that diuretics (water pills) can shed some lbs quickly, but you have to pee every 15 minutes while taking them. Chromium is natural and a good diuretic, it is in a lot of diet pills also. Good Luck, and if you find anything good- email me! But take caution taking xenical, it causes the fat to bypass your intestines and you get this yucky orange discharge and sometimes diarhea... I thought they were exaggerating, until I had it happen. It is repulsive! GOOOOOOOOOD LUCK!
