How do you use weight without taking any diet pills or getting a workout video?

i was just wondering how everyone maintains so skinny without really exercising but still eating...
Read a book by the guy that wrote Natural cures they don't want you to know about. I think the authour is Kevin Trudeau or something like that. I believe the book is called how to lose weight naturally or something like that. You are suppose to find out how to stay skinny while still eating everything w/o exercising.
you should walk at least once a week, and eat breakfast then lunch without snacks in between and then a snack then dinner, never eat after dinner because at night when you sleep is when fat builds. good luck
I lost 50 pounds by watching what i ate but i ate more ,three meals a day and two snacks, walking , lots of water, portion control (smaller plates), speeds up your metabolism.
