Diet pills never work. THey may have you lose weight at first but then you gain it all back later. Not a good idea. You should do a low calorie diet with 6 small meals a day. Have protein, carbs and good fat w/ each meal. Work out 30 minutes 3-5 days a week and do weight lifting. With weight lifting you are building muscle and muscle burns more calories then fat does so you metabolism will be higher. Good luck!

Hered an idea instead of becoming anorexic eat the right serving size and eat at healthy places buy low fat things and compare calories at the grocery store ask your doctor what they think, Maybe you can have brown bread instead instead of white bread. dont forget to make the right choices dont go to fast food places Mc Dohnalds Buger king ect. Try Aladins if you have it in your area. Plus find a sport that you truly like!!
YES!! a healthy balanced diet for life!! friut (2 per day), veg (5 serves per day), lean meat and low fat diary! diet and diet pills are crapola! they may work quickly but trust me you will put the weight back on plus some! dont you wanna look and feel great for life? do this plus at least 30 mins of exercise per day and you will!
actually, I have found that diet pills DO NOT work. The best thing that has worked for me is exercise and changing the way I eat. I have stayed away from fast food and fried foods and I have been going to the YMCA for the past 2 months..and I have lost 20 lbs.
If you really think you need diet pills, I have heard that stuff with vinegar in it works real well...if you go to your local vitamin store, you will find vinegar pills in there. Those will curb your appitite and they will help lose weight. Another pill that works is dexatrim.
Just try not to get any pills with that ephedrin in it. That is very dangerous.
as far as myexperience is concerned these pills harm a lot than helping an individual... as soon as you stop the dosage your body will start gaining pounds.. instead better try the natural way.. i mean start exercising and consume green veggies... they help you a lot... the best way is running a lot or if u love to play footbal go for it u will feel a great difference... and u will gain self confidence.. and also never ever go for dieting it is useless and avoid junk food... i m sure u will definately loose weight.. good luck
