Are there any efficient diet pills to help reduce tummy fat?
Question:
Answer:
Not a single pill on earth will help you lose weight.
They all seem to have a similar trend in that they look like they are working for a very short period of time but then the side effects become unbearable or the pill becomes ineffective. Usually they are based on caffeine or a similar stimulants that raises the heart rate in a poor attempt to change your metabolism.which doesn't pan out to be a long term change. Usually the body overcompensates after a time and you could end up putting on even more weight later.
Drug companies make millions upon millions selling these pills and by the time the sales drop off (because people find out they are useless) they have already made their money.
I am afraid it is exercise every day about 1-2 hours and eat healthy low fat and low sugar foods.

I do not recommend chemical aids in any form to simply reduce tummy fat as you call it. I suggest consuming less carbs, and do a few sit-ups every-other day.
Yes with some side effects as long as you can continue the diet, the best way is regular exercise, moderate and balanced food, less oil, more water..
Lots of slimming pills. Umine, Duramine, fenfluride, etc etc etc. ALL ARE GOOD IN SHORT TERM. like if you are getting married next month, but in the long term, absolute no no no. They will make you miserable and anti social, depressed.
