Which vitamins to take when ur on a diet and taking diet pills?

Question:
please dont say "why are you doing this" or "diet pills dont work" they r working for me.i just need to take some vitamins but i dont know which ones to buy, so help please?

Answer:
Generally, as long as you take a good multivitamin daily, that covers everything you should need. I also take Vitamin C 100mg twice a day and Fish Oil Capsule 1300mg twice daily, but these are not 100% necessary.
Try taking a name brand vitamin, such as One A Day, Centrum, etc.
hello, what diet pills are you Taking? just got back from the doctors and they wouldnt issue me any at all! Do you suffer with head aches from taking them? On the answer to the vits try taking multi so you know your getting all the goodness you need
Calorie counting is important as this helps us to keep a track of the amount of energy we are consuming, if we consume to much our body stores the excess as weight. My wife and I use a fantastic healthly Meal Replacement system called Herbalife I can organise to send you a free health analysis if you would like. This will provide you with the expertise to reduce your calorie intake whilst still enjoying food and keeping nutrition.
If your diet is balanced, as it should be, there is neither need nor benefit from taking vitamins, fruit and veg will supply them all.

Vitamin supplements are known to have almost no therapeutic effect on most people. If you look carefully at modern packs they either may make no health claims or say 'might or may'. This is because they are no longer allowed to legally make unsubstantiated claims.

In general we cannot make use of more than optimum vitamin intake. If the vitamins are water soluble excess is peed out, though in the case of Vitamin C, for which many claims have been made for huge doses over the years, one study has suggested an INCREASED cancer risk in doses over 500mgs/day! If the vitamins are fat soluble they can accumulate and cause toxicity. This is most likely with Vitamin A, which can produce eye damage and vitamin D taking very high daily doses of vitamin D over several months can cause toxicity and a high calcium level in the blood.

Early symptoms are loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting, followed by excessive thirst, weakness, nervousness, and high blood pressure. Because the calcium level is high, calcium may be deposited throughout the body, particularly in the kidneys, blood vessels, lungs, and heart. The kidneys may be permanently damaged and malfunction. As a result, urination increases, protein passes into the urine, and the level of urea (a waste product) increases in the blood. Kidney failure may result.
