In my experience diet pills are not the answer. The cold hard truth is that shedding body fat means you have to move your body. There is no way of getting around it if you want to maintain your health in the process of dropping weight. Sure, you can cut calories, pop diet pills, and some weight will more than likely melt away. However, it will more than likely come back... perhaps two fold. What is your definition of excercising "too much"? Try amping up your heart rate (cardio) to your target zone (find this info online) for 30 minutes 3-5 days a week. If you're feeling really adventurous try adding in some weight lifting a few days a week as well. I tried eating less, eating properly (portion and substance), diet pills, doing nothing, and really all I accomplished was five pounds here and there. Plus it all eventually came back. I finally accepted I had to work hard to look well and here I am six weeks later... ten pounds lighter, twice the muscle definition, and 15 inches smaller. That's my story man... good luck. In addition I checked out the website and it is impressive at first look. I realized while watching the video that the people are replacing their meals with shakes and only eating one high protien meal a day. Well, as I said earlier... anyone can loose weight by cutting back their food intake! What happens when you stop using the miracle cleansing system though?
diet pills are not the answer for fast weight loss that's safe; however cutting back on the carbs you eat and fat along with sugar should help and also try the one a day weight smart vitamins...or anything with green tea.the green tea gets rid of water weight really fast also there's this herb called hoodia, it works like green tea but i think it works faster, i had to stop taking it myself because it curved my appetite so much i was forcing myself to eat; i spent a lot of time in the restroom; these things rid water weight also
The problem with diet pills is that when you lose weight from them without exercising, you lose too much muscle. When your muscle mass decreases, so does your metabolism. This means that as soon as you stop using the pills, your weight will go up due to your decreased metabolism. IF you must choose diet pills, please exercise to maintain your lean muscle so that you don't decrease your metabolism. It'll only make it harder for you to maintain your weight in the future.
i'm an avid runner...I burn on average 500-800 calories a day doing cardio at the gym 5x's a week. I have a very muscular, curvy body frame but I am short (5'2), and wanted to slim down but keep my muscle tone. i am using some pills called YELLOW BULLET they work well but the only bad thing with pills is as soon as u stop taking them you gain the weight back plus some!
The apple patch diet has worked for me. It is safe & easy.
