don't do diet pills, at some point they will go out of business and you will blow up, it's everyday reality, but you know what will never go out of business ... exercise and water and vegies/fruit
STAY AWAY! My brother almost died because of pills like this. He was literally diagnosed with an ephedra addiction and ended up in the hospital. (He was also diagnosed with anorexia athletica...a condition he did not have before he started taking pills containing ephedra.) He almost died. He is 5'11 and wieghed 120 pounds.
I know that there is a difference between ephedra and ephedrine but I'm not completely familiar with the differences...I just know that I stay away from both...
