Anyone have a diet plan that has worked for them? excluding weightwatchers and diet pills?

Question:

Answer:
The best and only way in my opinion to lose weight is to work out and eat fewer calories based on your bodies needs (fitwatch.com has a calculator to figure that out). I have lost 38 pounds since January by reducing my caloric intake and working out at least 6 days a week. It seems like it would be overwhelming but it's all about making a lifestyle change. The best tool i have found is calorie king. It has the nutrition breakdown for any and every food including restraunts - very useful. Self is also very useful, the magazine is very motivating and has great tips. Online you can join the body makeover challenge and it has great tools too.
Weight watchers and steady exercise works for me. :)

It's a great web-based diet and exercise program and it's free. How can you go wrong?
for your stomach, something that has worked for me which i read in a magazine what you could do is, every night before you sleep you could do half sit-ups, crunches well you do 3 sets of 15 of them and between each set take a 15 second break. i do it every night and i see improvement, so just try it out. but dont do sit-ups they mess up your body.
