"best diet pill" is an oxymoron. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, eat right and exercise. If you look at any of the literature that comes with the pills, they tell you to do that too...why waste money on the pills that can possibly harm you, when you can do it right for 'free'?
Stay away from pills...if you don't learn to make a healthy lifestyle change, you'll just put the weight right back on no matter what gimmicky pill or diet you use.

The best pill is to lose weight without pills.lol Exercise, and watching your portions, and drink lots and losts of water, im telling you the weightwatchers diet is very good following the points has helped, me see how much i am really eating then you have a better understanding,why before you werent losingweight because you realize you were consuming more calories then you were sopose to have from all day.

heres a link I provided for you, you go by your weight to see how many points you have for the day. and theres the points to all the foods, I dont think pills are really the answer, because once you take them you loseweight then, you gain it right back and there dangerose.
