i don't think you would need the diet pill if you are dieting and exercising. keep your head up and smile. write your feelings down if you are starting to get discouraged.

I would reccomend Relacore, it is inexpensive and it works. It really curbs your appetite, it reduces stress, is a mood enhancer and I have never experienced side effects. You can find it at Wal-Mart, Walgreen's, Sam's Club (probably alot of other stores too, that is just where I 've seen it sold)
To be honest i'm trying to do the same but i reckon perseverence a good balanced diet and regular light exercise is the best way cos otherwise diet pills might hav horrid side effects i think to maintain health aswell as losing weight you just need to do what i sed above, theres no magic diet pill

Your best bet is not to take any pills.Most of them taste awful and do absolutely nothing but if you are determined to use a pill ,I believe Adios is good.
DON'T EVEN THINK DIET PILL - they are addictive and dangerous. I've lost 70 pounds and kept it off for 2 years and I'm in my 40s. Stay away from the pills. If you start taking them and stop, you will gain all your weight back. I know all this from experience. I did it right THIS TIME. Trust me on this. And don't think "diet" - think "life change" and find low fat type foods you ENJOY - they are out there. You'd be surprised.
Pills r really not good 4 u they can make you gain more weight and you will have to take them ur whole life..but if I had to choose the best pill it's hydroxycut because I lost 20 lbs. with it but if u get off the pill it's hard to keep the weight off.

in uk, PHASE 2 has good results, it blocks carbs from starchy foods . take 2 tabs 20 mins before eating .
diet pills just give you a big dose of caffeine. (except one that blocks nutrient absorption) A better way to go is to boost your own metabolism. Stop eating three meals a day(With or with out snacks in between)
Instead, eat 6 to 8 times a day in smaller amounts. ( A half a sandwich with low fat, a snack bar, a salad or fruit, or a TV dinner sized meal.)
You eat as soon as you feel the "empty stomach feeling and stop as soon as you run out of snack. Do not eat again until you feel hungry (growly) or for 2 1/2 hours. The limited spaced eating will speed up your metabolism.
This allows your body to metabolize the food energy, rather than store it as it does when a large meal is eaten.
Then, because it did this, your body, will syphon off some body fat to see it through to the next meal.
Keep a journal of your eating and you will see how your pattern changes over a few months. It will coincide with your body shape changes.

If someone had a pill you could take and you would lose 20lbs, really actually lose it, and they could prove this no matter who they gave the pill to, you would already know about it. If a pill actually worked a very large company would be selling it, for sure.
It's the same with cures for cancer. If there was a natural cure for cancer do you think a drug company would somehow just not be interested in selling it? Not hardly. There's isn't a cure. Just like there isn't any miracle weight loss pill. It takes work. Plain and simple. You may not want to believe it, or may not like it, but that's just the way it is.
