I don't suggest taking all three of these at the same time, because you don't know if and how they will counteract each other. A lot of pain medications are central nervous system (CNS) depressants. Your diet pills on the other hand, are stimulants. Stimulants and depressants don't interact well with one another and could cause a cross-tolerance.
And your birth control pills. If you are taking an over-the-counter diet pill, you should know that a lot of herbs that can be found in such pills reduce the effectiveness of the pill. So taking all three of these in conjunction isn't wise.

Yes it's dangerous. choose one to take. if you're in a lot of pain though, hrmless pain killers are the ones that contain ACETAMINOPHEN (Tylenol).
That sounds dangerous. Some medications can not be mixed and some medications also have the same ingredient. Therefore you'll be getting double doses. My advice would be check the labels to make sure there no dangerous effects if you mix drugs together. Most drugs nowadays come with a warning stating what can't be mixed with what. If that doesn't work speak with your GYN about mixing medication.

doesnt sound safe you might over dose or something say u do become pregnant all that stuff might screw up your baby.
