Diet Pills?
Question:
Answer:
Say no to diet pills. Some of them make you ill. Some of them can kill you. I know that people will do anything to lose weight, but when they are in a hospital bed dieing they change their priorities. Even if they work, they do not help you because to sustain a healthy weight you have to learn how to select lower calorie foods in proper amount and exercise more. They are a waste of money, a health risk, and have no long term benefit. Cut out sugars, refined starches, fats and large portions. Eat vegetables fruits and lean meats. Exercise, exercise, exercise. And what is so wrong about being 30 pounds heavier than you want to be anyway? You didn't get that way FAST. You are worth more than that, no matter what you weigh. You don't have to impress anyone but yourself!
a pill will not help u lose weight. eating right and exercising will.
Diet pills are NOT healthy for you, and realistically, they dont work.
The safest way is by eating more healthy. Eat 5 to 6 times throughout the day (good for youe metabolism) and get out for a 1/2 walk everyday.
Diet pills are very unsafe.
Low cal/low fat is the only way to go. Diet pills do not work and they make you crazy.
Pills are dangerous. You have to take a realistic look at weight loss, you cant lose 100 pounds in one day. If you could and it was safe no one would be fat. Make a plan, change your diet to include lots of fruits and vegetables and exercise. Let nature take care of the rest, anything more and your just asking for trouble. I lost 20 pounds in 1 1/2 months just by changing my eating habits, not quite dieting, I eat fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch and a lite dinner. No cokes, candy bars, chips or cakes. Very little beef or pork. I feel 100% better. I would suggest this to anyone. If you don't enjoy something you will not stick to it, so don't make drastic changes like taking pills. Make gradual changes, your body will love you and it will show.
