What is the best diet pill on shelves today?
Question:
Answer:
I would check out Cha de Bugre, it’s a new weight loss supplement that is growing in popularity and is similar to Ma Huang (Ephedrine) without any of the bad effects. Cha de Bugre is from Brazil and has been used there safely for centuries. Cha de Bugre provides energy, fat burning and appetite suppression that benefit weight loss. Cha de Bugre also has additional uses that are known in Brazil that include being used as a mild diuretic, a cellulite reducer, aides in reducing herpes simplex outbreaks and a heart tonic. You can find more about it at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/cha_d...
There are also brands that mix Cha de Bugre with other weight loss herbs like Hoodia Gordonii and Green Tea that can increase both fat burning and appetite suppression.
Hoodia Gordonii alone will also provide energy and appetite suppression but not fat burning. I have written a lot of articles on Hoodia. Just search Yahoo or Google under my name “Andrew Aitaken” to find them.
Diet pills don't work.
As someone said earlier ----The pill that is shaped like eating less and working out more.
Diet pills are a SCAM. Even the ones that are FDA approved-----you must be on a strict diet and exercise program for them to help even a little bit. Plus, you have to be severely morbidly obese.
Eat less, exercise more and the weight WILL come off. No pills are going to do it. Don't you think if there was one, that everyone would know about it? Of course. There isn't.
Those pills are the worst and in fact may block any weight loss efforts. When you get hungry choose a health snack. Don't deprive your body when it's hungry. Working out requires more calories.
I am not a big believer in the diet pills with the stimulants, I suggest a fat binder, that way you can eat the same and still shed pounds, even better if you change your lifestyle.

You may should try a HEALTHY energy drink.
The sugar and caffeine are the ingredients in most energy drinks which can be bad for you.
If you are concerned about your health, you may want to consider an alternative energy drink.
I drink one that doesn't contain all of the sugar and caffeine, works quickly after I drink it, lasts for several hours, and is much less expensive than most energy drinks.
I found it at www.carlshealthhelp.com/energy

This month's Consumer Reports has a very large article of diet pills. The article says the pills are adngerous. Some of the pills while dangerous aren't extremely so, but they don't work too well. Check it out in the library.
There is NO GOOD DIET pill on the market. Don't think of it as dieting...think of it as a lifestyle. It takes about 1700 unused calories to gain a pound. There are different sources of calories, too...from fats, sucrose, fructose, starch, etc. Nobody that eats right, need to be hungry to lose weight. If you only burn about 3000 calories per day, then you can only consume 3000 calories to maintain your weight. If you burn 3500 and consume 2000 you can lose about 5 pounds per week. Thinking, sleeping, walking and standing all burn calories depending upon metabolic rate, conditioning, muscle mass, etc. Eat smart foods with "good calories" like salads with olive oil/vinegar, grapefruit, apples, cheerios with skim milk, vegetables, oatmeal, broiled fish, etc.. It's the "bad calories" from fried foods, bad oils, high fats, mayonnaise, fatty salad dressing, coconut oils, palm oils, etc.
One ounce of bacon and you are still hungry but your calorie level is 1/4 done for the day. Two pounds of steamed or raw vegetables or fresh fruit and you are at the same caloric intake, but you are never hungry. No ice cream, no potato chips, no fried chicken, no sausages and no diet pills.
Losing weight does not mean hunger, it means eat all you want of the right foods. And muscle burns more than fat so start an exercise routine to build some muscles.
If you want to be less hungry and have more energy it's better to look at what you ARE eating and find a way to incorporate more nutritious choices into your diet. Your body's hunger is trying to tell you something. Either you're thirsty, or you need more nutrients. Why suppress it? Just find out what's missing from your diet. If you're like most Americans it might be fiber.
Diet pills either don't work, or are dangerous to your overall health. I would avoid them.
A fitness trainer.
don't use pills
just do about 50 sit ups a day,,,25 in the morning and 25 at night.and eat less fat and carbohydrates and more proteins... and most importantly u have to do cardiovascular exercises.just run about 1.5 mile everyday,,,,if not 3-5 days a week...and u will get your 6 packs in about 6 weeks.u need to have less than 8% body fat to show def. of 6 packs.
diet pills really dont work... you lose the weight in within 2 weeks it all comes back... just buy low-fat or fat-free foods, eat more veggies (steamed or raw), cabbage is fat-free, less sodas or one diet soda per day, & excercise. i promise its not as hard as it seems. good luck!!
