wellll..i tried them awhile back. yes they did help keep me from wanting to eat at first, BUT they eventually stopped working and had no affect on me. it's also hard to be on them and exercise too. it's like you're at the gym and about to pass out. so yes, they do work somewhat, but not for long and the feeling they give you isnt really pleasant. it's definitely not a miracle pill, nothing is! unfortunately. losing weight just takes discipline and hard work for now..maybe one day they'll come up with something easier.
ephedra diet pills work really well! just be careful because there may be some pretty bad side effects, and in some states, it's illegal. If you start having any high blood pressure, or heart palpation's, stop right away, and call your doctor
