I have tried the hcg and adipex combination. I lost about 30 pounds in three months. Hcg is the pregnancy hormone and you inject it 3 times a week for six weeks to start, then you are off of it for 1 month then it rotates on for a month off for a month. My mom lost almost 100 pounds in a year. My weight loss was done though the meds and diet very little exercise. If I would have exercised I would have lost a lot more weight. Adipex is an appetite suppressant. It works really well. With this combination you should only consume about 1200 calories a day.
I just started back up after being off of it a year. I gained 22 fat pounds back and gained some muscle. I did not maintain my dietary habits and started eating double portions and after a year I only put 22 pounds back on. Hope this helps.

yeah and every time they come up with one that works they have to get rid of it because it is harmful to your health,basically the same as drugs.Just exercise eat right and drink lots of water you will get your killer bod back!
Hi, Well i've basically been trying to eat really healthy and i've just been counting calories. been goin for a couple of months and ive lost 24lbs! u can eat whatever u like aslong as you dont eat more than 1500 calories! Good luck! Sammi x

I have I use to just use small plates so i would not over eat and it makes small portions and you can also try eating every few hours just to keep your metabilism going and i also exercise every monday tuesday wednesday and i do weights on thursday and friday
No diet pills here. The first step is being able to maintain your weight at a certain level. That means your caloric intake and and expenditure are even.

Now, weight loss is simple. Lower your caloric intake while increasing your exercise or calories burned.

My dad weighed 215lbs and ate rather unhealthy. He started jogging, albeit slowly, for about a mile or even less per day. He then started drinking diet pop instead of regular and also stopped eating the scraps off the kid's plate at dinner.

After a few weeks he was in shape enough to run 2 miles at a time. A few weeks later he could run 3. Now he's around 3 miles per day, still eats pizza and everything else but he just eats a little less. Now he is down to 185lbs and has lost 30lbs without going on some crazy diet.

That's all it takes. Eat less or eat healthier and exercise more!
