What is the most effective way of losing weight without diet pills ,e.t.c.?
Question:
Answer:
I believe the answer is cleansing your body. I struggled with 50 extra pound for 10 years. I am a 33 year old male and just started a cleansing routine and it is working like I never dreamed. Its not what you would think, starving or diarrhea. Its is believed that the reason we are becoming so overweight is due to the build up of toxins in our body. Fat naturally surrounds the toxins in our body to prevent them from getting to our vital organs. The more toxins ( chemicals, pesticides, hormones, pollutions) the need for more fat. It may sound crazy but 3 weeks ago I tried a 9 day cleanse and lost 21 pounds and felt better than I have felt in years. So for me it worked. Also my blood pressure dropped and my cholesterol. This is really simple. Just eat right and exercise.
Eating several healthy meals a day, and getting enough exercise.
As long as you eat healthy (avoid junk and fast food) and exercise daily, you should see results. Just stay dedicated. There are some foods you can eat that can help you lose weight...check out http://www.realhomeremedies.com... for more info--just click on the weight loss link on the left.
The most effected way to lose weight is to eat mostly fruit, veggies, chicken and fish. And of course you must must must exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
Sewing your mouth up? lol.
Keep a food diary! Most people do not realize how much they eat or how often they eat. Just becoming more aware of what you are eating is a great way to get a handle on your weight. Write down everything in your food diary including the smallest snack. Keep it close at hand during the day rather than trying to remember all your meals.
Once you know how much you are eating on average you can then begin to cut down on your food intake. Try eating smaller amounts, with less time in between meals. This will help boost your metabolism. Make sure you get plenty of water as well.
Excercise even boosting your activity the smallest amount can help you lose weight. Make sure you are burning more calories than you consume. That really is the key to losing weight. Try 20 minutes of continous activity 5 times a week, with strength training at least 10 minutes 3 times a week. Walking, swimming, pilates etc are all healthy ways to get your heart rate up and burn calories. Can't stay on the treadmill for a solid 20 minutes? No problem, studies show people who worked out for ten minutes 3 times a day burned more fat than those that worked out for 30 solid minutes.
Don't forget to get some sleep. Studies show that people who get restful sleep weigh less. Some of this is due to stress hormones that cause us to store fat. But your body needs rest, it's important to your overall wellbeing.
Good luck!
No juices no soda just lots of water and walk, walk, walk and then walk some more.
This is easy; don't eat sugar, don't eat wheat, don't eat rice and don't eat white potatoes... Eat anything else you want to eat and you will lose weight. And to help you NOT have cravings... DON"T drink diet sodas or any other fake sugars either. Fruit juice is a sugar, bread and crackers and most cold cereal has wheat in it. Lots of foods have sugar added, read the labels and don't eat them. Pasta is wheat. It is a simple diet but it is difficult for most people to do because we all like our junk...
