What is the best way for me to drop weight withou ne diet pills or starving my self?
Question:
Answer:
You don't have to starve yourself, but you DO have to take in fewer Calories than you burn.
It's simple math. If you take in more Calories than you burn, you store it as fat. If you burn more than you take in, you will burn fat.
Each pound of fat is about 3500 Calories.
If you eat a diet that has a lot ofr fruit and vegetables in it, you will naturally take in fewer Calories, but still be able to eat a lot of food. If you eat processed garbage, it won't take much to reach your Caloric limit for the day.
change your diet. do not eat meat and starches at the same time. eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and complex carbs. eat six small meals a day instead of several large ones. eat lean protein and drink a lot of water. keep us posted!
OK watch your diet and do regular exercise. Concentrate more on fruits and vegetables. Limit carbohydrates, fats and sugar. Self control on what and how much you eat is the main key.
Hit the pavement and run! Sweat and burn that fat out!
The most effective way of dropping weight and keeping it there is something that few people want to do, and that's to put roughly 20 to 40 miles a week walking, hiking, or running. Or exercise at least an hour to hour and half every day. Even after you've lost weight, you'd have to keep this up. Can you do it?
Most people would agree that weight maintenance solutions revolve about two main components. Calorie intake, and metabolic burn, or how much fuel you take in versus how much you burn off (use). Other factors include height, age, current weight, etc. Programs that specialize in diet aids, pills, appetite suppressors, blockers, and so forth are not in and of themselves diets. They are by category, considered Dietary Aids. Key word here is DIET. Diet is not a bad word. It doesn't substitute for Starve, It just means how much you eat and when. Everyone has one, good or bad, whether they know it or not. The best diet, in my estimation, is a Medical Diet, one based on your current height, weight, and level of activity. While best evaluated by your family doctor, there are several Sites that offer diet calculators that can give you an idea of how your current eating and exercise levels (Diet) stack up against what you should be doing to achieve an optimum weight and balanced food intake. These calculators ask for your age, height, weight, activity level, then generate a report showing you what your diet should be in terms of calories, what your optimum should be, how close you are, and generally link to planners that can even give you day to day meal plans worked out for your diet plan. The most reputable sites , (for obvious reasons) are ones NOT selling dietary products per se. Good (and Free) calculative services
can be found on diabetic sites for example, where people concerned with calorie intake are the majority, and any products advertised are more concerned with testing supplies and such rather than supplements, One quite good one is Onetouchgold.com you can sign up for free, its diet help sections are extensive, include the calculators I mentioned, including a HUGE recipe base, and you can get all the help you need about balanced diets, exercise and such.
Eat only half of what you are eating now. Have no soda, no chips, no cookies, no candies and no cakes and pies.
