I have tried almost every diet pill out there and none have worked for me. Atleast if you try lipozene they give you a full refund if it doesnt work and it didnt make we anxious at all. Maybe it will work for you.
I don't really know about diet pills but i do know that they are very bad for you. And they have major side effects. If you want to lose weight do something more natural. Or go to your health store and they can help you find something thats not harmful to your body to help you lose weight.
Skip the diet pills. Drink a gallon of water a day and exercise 3-4 days a week lifting weights and doing cardio on the off days with 1 day of full rest. Eat healthy choices 6 meals a day.
Diet pills are not the answer my friend.
I've been using green tea fat burner soft gels for a couple weeks now and I've already lost inches in my waist, legs and butt.
According to the instructions, they advise to take 1-2 each time, but if you start out with 1, and then after a few days, increase it to two, you shouldn't have any jitters.
I mistakenly started out w/ 2 and got jittery the 1st day, but then I decreased it to 1 and then back to two and I no longer felt jittery at all.
And it increases my energy level too.

There isn't one. Stop eating too much and start excercising. Problem solved.
I take NV and I like it but,if you dont exersice and diet than this or any other pill is not going to work.Eat healthy and often in small portions.
