Does anyone know if hoodia diet pills work or if wulong slimming tea works?

Question:

Answer:
Hoodia DOES work, I've used it, and, like any other drug or supplement, if you stop using it and resort to bad habits, you'll put the weight back on.

My experience: I lost about 35 pounds in about 3 months uising Hoodia, in conjunction with moderate exercise and diet. It helped me.

Remember that Hoodia is a diet suppressant, nothing more. That's why you see some brands of diet concoctions mixed with Hoodia. Hoodia just keeps you from wanting to eat. It won't help you lose weight all by itself. It will help you control you impulse urges.

You can try some for free for 7 days, some of the vendors that offer it for free are listed here off and on.

Hoodia diet pills and wulong slimming tea are weight loss aids at best (meaning, I wouldn't look to them as the sole answer to your quest for weight loss). Neither product will magically melt the fat away for you. Let me explain what each does (and doesn't do) and then you can determine yourself if either one of these are worth considering.

Hoodia diet pills do one thing and one thing only - suppress appetite. Despite the marketing hype surrounding hoodia, it is not a magic weight loss solution in a bottle. The hoodia gordonii plant contains a molecule called P57. This molecule tricks the brain into thinking it is full. The idea behind hoodia supplements is that if you feel full, you'll eat less. Thus, you'll lose weight.

Not everyone responds to hoodia so it doesn't work for everyone. In addition, it can take several hundred milligrams of hoodia per day for it to work effectively. Some experts say as much as 3,000mg per day. Most people won't need that much, but be aware that it could take a lot for it to work. Also, it can take a good week or two before it starts to take effect.

Hoodia works best for those who have constant hunger or food cravings and who tend to overeat when they experience this hunger or craving. If this describes you, then hoodia may be worth considering. If it doesn't, then I wouldn't recommend hoodia.

If you are considering hoodia, I've provided a link below to an article that explains what to look for when you buy hoodia so that you don't get scammed. By following the guidelines you'll be able to find a real hoodia gordonii product. Most of the hoodia supplements on the market are fake so be sure to read the article before you buy anything.

Now, regarding wulong tea...there have been numerous studies on the effect of wulong tea (and teas in general) on weight loss. The studies have been promising in that tea has been shown to help increase metabolism. However, there are two things to keep in mind.

One, these studies that were done the amount of tea that was more than most people consume here in the United States. The people in these studies were drinking at least 4 cups of tea per day! So if you are considering wulong tea, be aware that it may require 4 or more cups per day before you notice anything.

Second, the results in these studies were not overly dramatic. I don't have the exact figures in front of me, but the percentage of increase in metabolism wasn't that much. If I remember correctly there was one study that said 4 or more cups of tea per day could result in the additional caloric burn of around 150 calories per day. Given that it takes 3,000 calories per pound of fat, you aren't going to lose much weight if you're only burning 150 calories per day (it would take about 20 days to lose one pound).

So as you see, wulong tea (or any tea) may be an effective weight loss AID, but definitely not the sole solution to weight loss! The bottom line is that incorporating hoodia and wulong tea may be very helpful, but you'll still need to do the heavy lifting - i.e. maintain a healthy, balanced diet and exercise.

Best of luck to you.
