To lose weight it isn't easy. There is no quick fix. But i have found the best way to lose weight is to eat your meals in smaller portions 5-7 times a day. This way it keeps your metabolism going throughought the day.
simple: daily exercise, just do simple cardio workouts, and you should notice improvements, u can easily lose 15 pounds by June if you are consistent with everything-u should also portion your meals throughout the day-i would say anywhere from 5-7 meals depending on your metabolism
any kind of dieting is not safe, easy, nor quick. You need a little of everything to get your full nutrition. Work it off by doing cardio, or buy a fitness ball with a disk. The point is trying to keep your balance on the ball without support. You will depend on all of your muscles to keep you on their for as long as possible.
EXERCISE!!
Drink lots of water. Eat smaller portions. EXERCISE!!
I hope you are getting protein. At least take a supplement.
Protein and calcium are very important in losing weight,
especially in your mid-section. If you drink milk drink 2% or lower. People don't like to exercise at first. However, after a while you won't want to stop. Also you will feel great.

Hate to be a downer, but there is no "quick fix". The only way to lose weight successfully is to take in fewer calories and burn more with exercise. Sorry, but 15 pounds in 5 weeks is a very tough thing to expect. Good luck.
i think there is nothing or anything else that describes what you need but to have lesser meals and more exercises daily..
good that ur trying to loose weight but trying to loose weight fast is unhealthy. loosing more than a pound a week is regarded as unhealthy. walk and every opurtunity. being a vegetarian maybe ur thing but its not the healthiest life style.
Avoid any vegetable that is white or yellow as these are high in carbohydrates. Avoid bread of any kind, avoid alcohol. To get protein, eat peanut butter. Eat green leafy vegetables. As one of the others answered, eat several small meals daily. Except for the meat, this is similar to the South Beach Diet. Look on line for glycemic index diets. Exercise. Walk at least 3- minutes daily, Drink plenty of fluids, avoid sugars.
you could just run and starve until your body drops weight both good and bad BUT.
protien elevates the chemical in your body that burns fat and is much harder for your body to turn to fat.
carbs elevate the chemicals that store fat
fat always stays fat and never changes, also it burns slowly
a very high % of everything you currently eat is either fat or carbs and your body is gonna store extra fat for survival
being a vegetarian is just not gonna get you the results you are looking for and is a stupid idea.
God made the world so that we would eat meat and vegtables...
just because you want it to work a different way doesnt mean its going to.
control what you eat.take as little of oil,butter,ghee(Clarified butter),sweets,potatoes.Go to sleep at night only after two hours of your supper.wake early,have a glass of water and do things that make you enjoyable.This will reduce your weight.It did for me.

If you are already a vegetarian, then you will need to stick to only whole grain wholewheat sources of carbs, cut out all white (potatoes, rice, flour, sugar) all white food sources. Up your fiber intake so more of the carbs you do take in are flushed. Eat oatmeal for breakfast every day at the same time, and only a reasonable portion, without sugar or milk. Start your day with a tablespoon of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) and two tablespoons of tomato sauce. Drink lots of water and exercise twenty to thirty minutes five days a week. Walk a minimum of thirty minutes a day. You might not loose the entire 15 pounds, but if you firm up what you do have, you will look like you did and be the size that you would be if you did.
