I used adipex two years ago and it did work. You do have to be careful with it, though. A good doctor will put you through a series of tests before giving you a prescription for it. Once everything comes back o.k; you'll get your prescription. As with any diet pill, you need to eat right and exercise. And, you need to see your doctor every 2 weeks for a check-up. And, this is very important because they do want to know how the medicine is making you feel. And, of course, to see your progress. You'll only able to get the medicine for 3 months out of the year. So, after that.your exercise routine and good eating habits have to be in order. If not...the weight will come back quickly. Believe me, I know. My weight came back. I lost alot of weight in a short amont of time and than just became lazy. I recentily started taking adipex again...
This time I will know exactily how to keep the weight off...I hope.
