What is a effective, cheap diet pill/supplement?

My metabolism is in the shitter, and i need something that works. I don't need an appetite suppresant because I rarely eat anyways, and i don't get hungry often. but my body isn't burning calories as it should. My diet that i want to be on calls for me to eat nothing and burn 500 calories a day, and i can do that, but i run out of energy (when I do eat), even if i get a full night of sleep. I need a diet pill that will give me a metabolism boost as well as burn some fat. I tried trimspa, and all it did was curb my wanting to eat. Please give me some suggestions that you or a friend have TRIED and/or USE. Criticism shall be voted against.
