Are the diet pills hydroxy-cut good to use as a diet supplement?
Question:
Answer:
Any kind of pill you take can be dangerous. It doesn't matter if it is a vitamin or a prescription too much and too long of one thing can play havic on your system. The best thing to remember is take what the bottle says no more but I would try even less. He should also talk to his doctor about it too. He also needs to remeber those pills are not going to work on its own. He has to exercise some. Also if he has heart problems or a family history he SHOULD NOT take them. That is terribly stupid and can possibly kill him.
They dont work. I took them for 3 weeks and lost only 7 lbs which i have lost on my own before. Try Cylaris. I have lost 3 lbs sop far.
I used hydroxycut, and it worked wonders for me. It really gave me the energy to get out and exercise. Also, it decreased my appetite so that I wasn't wanting to eat so much. There were differences very quickly. Just remember not to use it if you have a history of heart problems. My heart felt a little bit fluttery for a couple of days, and then it was gone.
It's nothing but green tea and his sub-consious at work. They no longer have ephedra, and the ingredients they do have won't harm him. But they don't work in my opinion, it is all in you rmind, if there was a miracle pill it would be on the news, FDA approved and all over the place. Even the pills in the past that got FDA approved ended up being bad for you (remember phen phen?). Eat right, excercise burning more calories than you consume and hell be fine.
