People that use diet pills?
Question:
Answer:
I tried numerous other over the counter diet pills. Instead of losing weight I lost nothing but my money and time!
A couple of weeks ago I heard about phentermine from someone who lost about 25 pounds in 2 months using phentermine 37.5 mg. Her cousin lost about 50 pounds in 3 months using it. Naturally I was interested in phentermine 37.5 mg and began to do some research on it. After my research I decided to give it a try.
Phentermine works GREAT!!! So far in 12 days I have lost 9 pounds!!!
I ordered my phentermine (37.5 mg) from a website called US-Pills.com and received my order in 6 days. They do have express shipping if you want to receive your order sooner. I paid $199.00 for 90 pills, which is a 3 month supply. I know that sounds expensive, but I checked NUMEROUS web sites and this site seemed to have the best prices and also seemed to be a legit site. If you can get a prescription from your doctor it would be a lot cheaper. Unfortunately, my doctor refused to provide me a prescription because she said I was not obese and she only will prescribe phentermine to obese patients.
Since I've been taking my phentermine (37.5 mg) I've had great results. I feel like I'm melting. My closes are fitting loser and when I look at myself in the mirror after I get out of the shower I look and feel smaller.
I take 1 pill per day as soon as I get up in the morning. About 30 minutes later I go to the gym. I feel so energized and have the best workouts then I have had in a long time. I am able to work out longer and harder. I eat my breakfast when I get home from the gym. I'm not hungry all day and have no cravings for sweets or bad foods like I normally would before I started using phentermine. Because I no longer have the bad cravings I eat healthy small meals throughout the day. Since I'm not hungry anymore, I'm probably consuming about 800-1000 calories per day.
Phentermines is GREAT but, you should not use phentermine if you have or have ever had heart disease, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries), hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid gland), diabetes, glaucoma, or a history of drug abuse. As with any medication/drug it's always best to consult your doctor.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you lose weight with phentermine or any other weight loss aide(s) or diet(s) and fail to continue to exercise and eat healthy regularly you will gain the weight back and probably more!!!
Hope this was helpful and good luck in your weight loss success!!!
im using cylaris right now. Ive lost 5 lbs in 3 days but i have severely cut my calorie intake and exercise.
no they dont work. They just keep you all hyper and suppresses the appetite. You can loose weight but once you stop taking the pills the weight comes right back on.
Yes.
They work...
"Oh, lasagna, lasagna! Why hath thou forsaken me...?!?"
I've never used diet pills. I think that if you really want to lose weight, then you should exercise. That way it makes you appreciate the work you put into losing the weight, and hopefully that will be reason enough to stay fit. Anyways, dieting, while good, is not the only way to lose weight.
they work while you take them
if you rely on diet pills or diets period to lose weight you tend to yo-yo back and forth take it off and then put it back on
the best results I've had are from drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day
exercising at least 20 min a day
continuing to do so all the time
good luck
I've tried diet pills, All of my friends have tried diet pills. And i can tell you that they don't work. Since your taking in all that caffeine, at the end of the day you'll only end up with a killer headache, and you won't be able to sleep. I lost weight the natural way, watching what i ate. My trick is one or two days out of the week I don't eat anything but dinner at night(bowl of cereal etc) and water. Lots of water and so far I lost 35 lbs. Otherwise, I eat water I want. Remember, don't deprive yourself of nothing, its not helping you achieve anything.
No they do not work , Nothing has ever been proven to work and some are quite dangerous to take.
If they aren't approved by the FDA they aren't worth a thing to me. The FDA did approve on that will be available over the counter in the summer it's called Alli I believe and the side effects to using it aren't worth it for me but it's for obese people not people looking to lose only a few pounds. It's supposed to stop your body from asorbing the fats you eat. The website is below if you want to check it out.
I used diet pills, i think it helped me. But the side effects suck. I was very jittery and my heart would skip. Do a lot of research before using any diet pill.
They work very well, lipo six is the easiest to find but if you can get your hands on some ephedrine thats the best way to go. They work well but remember this, if your out of shape and say your pear shaped their only going to make you a smaller pear. You probably wont get that gorgeous flat stomache you want at least not without excercise and a good nutrition. You can lose 20 lbs in a month on them. Their pretty cool I use to usem but they can become addictive so dont go more than a month on them. But they work pretty well, they increase your heart rate and metabolism and normally help with controlling your appetite you will rarely be hungry. You can normally go almost all day befor you notice you havent eaten, and you still probably wont be extremely hungry. A good working combination is this CLA, Lipo 6 or Redline either or and 25 mg of ephedrine. You'll see pounds fall off in a couple days you'll notice all your clothes are really loose.
I cannot vouch for their safety completely, but I found Hydroxycut to be my personal favorite for many reasons.
I have researched all of the ingredients and they seem to have a lot of research to back up their effectiveness in weightloss. This product has ingredients which boost your metabolism and reduce appetite and cravings. I would not recommend this product if you are sensitive to stimulants, ie if you get anxiety. It does contain caffeine, but you can get the caffeine free version now, too. I used the one with caffeine and I liked how the product gave me added energy. I personally lost ten lbs in one month, which is good for me, but my husband lost about 15!
The best part is that you can get a bottle at Wal-Mart for 20 bucks!
Be cautious about many of the other products...Zantrex has as much caffeine as about six cups of coffee, Ephedra is dangerous (can cause heart problems) and I have heard of lawsuits that are being filed against Lipo-6.

Avoid them. They may help in the short-run, but in the long-run they're very damaging and will only make you gain weight.
i don't think they work they may but MOST have drugs that are not good for are body and can get us to fate easily. Like some you don't eat all day. which is not healthy for your body. others make you (high).or even to get sick
