Is there an easier way to lose weight without too much excersize, taking pills, dieting or surgery?

i walk everyday about 7 miles a day, to and from work so i do get excersize

I've found that the only way to lose weight is to burn off more calories than you take in. If that means to exercise and mind what you eat, then so be it.
what do you eat? losing weight is a two part process... you need to eat low fat. also, walking won't cut it... you need to do INTENSE cardio. that means not just jogging, but running like a rabbit. I suggest a little thing called HIIT. just google it and it will give you all the info you need.
