Started diet pills when I was getting sick. Is that ok?

Question: So last night I felt like I was getting a cold so I took Night Quill. Today I started my new diet pills (NV) and now I feel real achey and backed up (bathroom wise) Is this bc im getting sick or the Diet Pills? Help!
