What diet pill works the best??
Question:
Answer:
Over the last 2 years I tried numerous over the counter diet/fat burner pills with NO results!
A couple of weeks ago I heard about phentermine from someone who lost about 25 pounds in 2 months using phentermine 37.5 mg. Her cousin lost about 50 pounds in 3 months using it. Naturally I was interested in phentermine 37.5 mg and began to do some research on it. After my research I decided to give it a try.
Phentermine works GREAT!!! So far in 12 days I have lost 9 pounds!!!
I ordered my phentermine (37.5 mg) from a website called US-Pills.com and received my order in 6 days. They do have express shipping if you want to receive your order sooner. I paid $199.00 for 90 pills, which is a 3 month supply. I know that sounds expensive, but I checked NUMEROUS web sites and this site seemed to have the best prices and also seemed to be a legit site. If you can get a prescription from your doctor it would be a lot cheaper. Unfortunately, my doctor refused to provide me a prescription because she said I was not obese and she only will prescribe phentermine to obese patients.
Since I've been taking my phentermine (37.5 mg) I've had great results. I feel like I'm melting. My closes are fitting loser and when I look at myself in the mirror after I get out of the shower I look and feel smaller.
I take 1 pill per day as soon as I get up in the morning. About 30 minutes later I go to the gym. I feel so energized and have the best workouts then I have had in a long time. I am able to work out longer and harder. I eat my breakfast when I get home from the gym. I'm not hungry all day and have no cravings for sweets or bad foods like I normally would before I started using phentermine. Because I no longer have the bad cravings I eat healthy small meals throughout the day. Since I'm not hungry anymore, I'm probably consuming about 800-1000 calories per day.
Phentermines is GREAT but, you should not use phentermine if you have or have ever had heart disease, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries), hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid gland), diabetes, glaucoma, or a history of drug abuse. As with any medication/drug it's always best to consult your doctor.
PLEASE NOTE:
It's true that I've lost 9 pounds so far using phentermine 37.5mg and I'm sure I'll accomplish my goal if I continue to use it. But, I also truly believe that my working out, eating healthy and drinking lots of water has a lot to do with the weight loss results. I don't think I would get these results with the phentermine alone.
I firmly believe that regular exercise, eating healthy and drinking lots of water is very very important, not just to accomplish my weight loss goal, but for the rest of my life!
If you lose weight with phentermine or any other weight loss aide(s) or diet(s) and fail to exercise and eat healthy regularly you will gain the weight back and probably more!!!
Hope this was helpful and good luck in your weight loss success!!!
They are all pretty much the same, Just alot of caffeine and other things to dehydrate you, curb your appetite, and make your heart beat faster. I would never trust them, they can be very, very dangerous
Sorry to sound like an old sick in the mud! but none work cos as soon as you stop, you put it all back on plus more.
The thing I have realised to day is...that if I had spent more time eating the correct food and working out, i wouldn't have ruined my metabolism that each time I try to lose a few pounds, I put it all back on with extra pounds!
So please dont bother wasting your time or money. Good luck
they are not healthy.
once you start eating healthy foods - whole wheats, whole grains, fruits, veggies and drinking lots of water, you will not crave foods much at all
A balanced diet that FEEDS your body -- instead of a Diet Pill that causes your body to do things it would not normally do - Diet pills do NOT keep weight off in a healthy manner.
don't get diet pills sure they work but when u stop taking them or when your body gets use to taking them they aren't gonna to work any more or you will just gain all the weight back or even more then u weight before. So don't take diet pills cuz in the end they don't work.Just eat right and workout
No need to take a pill! eat Small portions several times a day. Drink water!! take a walk every day to start then keep adding exercises to your life. you will feel great. Good luck!
There's this awesome diet pill out,

There is no other way.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM SWEETIE IF YOU GET HOPE TO THE WRONG PILL. YOU CAN REALLY GET SICK I KNOW. JUST EXERCISE AN STAY AWAY FROM SWEETS AN DRINK LOTS OF WATER.
google it, this isn't the place to ask, everyone will say the same thing, but i'll review a few.
Natural Hoodia Pills: Sure they'll curb your appetite, but thats all they'll do, I woudn't go with these unless your looking to lose only about 5 pounds.
Zantrex: NONONO! These will make your heart beat fast, your head hurt, and you won't be able to sleep. Never touch these.
Slimquik: It will work, when you first start out that is.
Akavar: Their claims are so false its funny, don't bother.
Trimspa: You might lose a pound. WooHoo.
I recomend two things.
Find a diet pill with hoodia & advatra-z. [These are the best to lose weight right now]
Or try the 48 hour hollywood diet, and eat very healthy and excersize, and then if you want add a pill to that too. You'll see amazing results.
ALTHOUGH!
I never said diet pills are healthy and you should really diet and excersize, but everyone gives you the same advice so if your going to take them they better atleast be effective. Good Luck! I feel your pain.
Oh and go to the site below for more reviews.

Do NOT take diet pills! They are dangerous!!
Last year I was visiting my parents and took diet pills on top on my exercise routine and normal diet. I was 26 at the time, 5'11, 180 lbs. By week three I was sick. I had diarrhea, dry heaves, dizziness, headaches, and a general feeling of being sick. I thought I had caught the flu or something. I had lost 13 lbs in 4 days. One morning I told my mom I didn't feel good. My vision kept blacking out and I felt (for lack of a better way to say it) stoned. Later that afternoon I was walking from the bathroom to my bedroom (a 5 foot walk) and I passed out. I was rushed to the hospital emergency where they did a bunch of tests on me.
My pulse was up to 120, My blood pressure was 150/40, they had to start me on an IV, the did an EKG on me, took blood and urine samples, and a whole barrage of other tests.
They finally got me stabilized and said that I was dehydrated and malnutritioned. I told him that I took diet pills. When I mentioned diet pill, the doctors face lit up and said that's why. He said they can cause a whole bunch of health problems, including death. He told me to toss the diet pills or next time I might not be so lucky.
I was kept in the hospital for almost 10 hours, given 3 or 4 IVs, potassium, juices, and monitored (by the EKG, blood pressure, and heart rate machines) every 15 minutes.
Please take my story as a warning. If you seriously want to loose weight there are better ways (I know because I've lost weight after this)
The quickest way is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohol, and sodas.
Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.
In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)
Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.
Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)
Go exercise for at least an hour - two a day, incorporating weight training along with your cardio. Cardio helps to melt the fat, while weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat, even when you are resting. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition. Also do a few yoga and pilates exercises to help tone those hard to reach and stubborn areas
