The reality is if you want results that last your gonna have to do the work. Everyone wants a quick fix, most of which either don't work, or work temporarily and then you gain the weight back, plus.
You can lose this weight, just put some effort into it.

What you're asking for is like asking for a gasoline additive for your car that will double your fuel mileage. It ain't gonna happen. You simply have to burn more calories than you take in. No pill, juice, or any thing else is going to do that.
The only healty eating u can do is basically lots of water, fiber, and lean meat. Sodium and sugar are a big no-no, and anything with high fructose sugar is like poison. 10-15 lbs is a realistic goal for a month without exercise. diet pills dont work, so dont take them, one of them that i used was that it basically put a parasitic worm in your intestine and sucked all the nutrients from your body and food resulting in anorexia. Diet pills are not safe.
Well, if you are willing to risk some stuff then taking aphetamine would definatly do what you want. Alot of people are prescribed Aphetamine for ADD and ADHD and is relativly safe if you do your research.
Meridia. I swear by it. Must have a Drs. permission & have BMI of 30 or more. It is the only thing that helped me. Lost weight and dont get cravings.
Sorry but none of those silly things work, they are mind games. My sister in law needed to get into shape to join the navy. She took some diet pills from the doctor and she lost about 30 pounds, but the thing is she exercised and didn't eat most of the times, and if she did it was only one salad and lots of water, not healthy.
