What diet pill should I use?

Question:
What diet pill works the best when exercise is limited? I work 14 hours a day 6 days a week and don't have time to get in decent workouts. Looking to loose 10-20 pounds.

Answer:
Honestly none of them work long-term. Believe me, I've tried. In your case where you just need to lose 10 or 20, I would just track what I eat and fit in a walk where I can. It's working for me! I track my eating and exercise on fitday.com. It's free but there are some like myfooddiary.com that are much better and cost only $9/month. Good luck!
Diet pills DON'T work!
don't waste your time seriously.

You need to create a caloric defecit somehow. 3500 calories equals a pound so if you can cut out 500 calories a day that's a pound a week... add in taking stairs when you can.. tightening your muscles while your sitting or driving and it adds up quicker then you think.

Cut out all beverages but water. Drinking away calories is the biggest waste.

Good luck! :)
Forget the pills they don't work alone and limited exercise isn't enough to gain the full benefit of any that do work. Not that any of them do. Read the fine print and they all say the same. When combined with proper diet and exercise. So as i said forget them. And go with a change in diet to start. Get rid of the processed, precooked, and junk food. Reduce your snacking and chose healthy snacks rather then junk. When you do need a snack. Increase the amount of water you drink. And try to increase your exercise level take the stairs at work. Go for a walk at lunch and coffee breaks. Try that for a month and see how much weight you will lose. If your happy with it then keep going.
I used to weigh 357lbs, now I weigh 193. How did I do it?

There is a dietary supplement which addresses your specific concern, it worked for me! It's called "RELACORE", besides being a great weight loss supplement it kicks belly fat butt, if you catch my drift! It also gives you a SERIOUS pre workout BOOST! Also, besides a every other day weight training schedule, ride a recumbent bike for at least an hour. You will be pleased with your results I PROMISE! Now, losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/ca... This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

As for exercise, start off on a recumbent bike and go at a low Resistance for 15 minutes a day, increase by 5 minutes a week and by the time you're up to half an hour, if you also follow the above advice you'll have lost 35 plus pounds and you'll suddenly have the motivation you need to lose the rest, plus you're abs will start to get that coveted "6pack" look.!
