Diet pills and dieting disasters?
Question:
Answer:
an excess of high calorie foods and a lack of exercise caused you to gain excess body fat and only the opposite will reverse it.
you need to eat mainly whole foods in balanced meals at least 3 x a day with 2 small snacks. you need to exercise regularly for 60 minutes 5-6 days a week. starving your body with a 1100 calorie diet and taking diet pills is not the answer.
you need a support team to help you through the bad times
like weight watchers..its the cheapest and most effective over the long haul..but it works
you should stop the crazy weight loss rollercoaster as 95% of the diets don't work for a long period of time...that is a year..so you will lose weight on any diet..but gain the weight back with interest...this is the way most people do.!
i don't think any one diet plan is the best..but pick one that is drug free and you diet and exercise together..you need to eat the right combination of food... read a book called YOU by Dr. OZ ..he is on Oprah a lot...You are not alone..good luck.
Without knowing how much weight you need to lose its hard to recommend a solution. Go to this website and see what your ideal weight and bmi is. Then lets talk about what kind of meals you are eating. I'll be glad to help you find a system that will work for you!
