I thought about the hoodia patch but my friend was taking the hoodia pill and it just looked like she was on drugs. it seems to give you a boost and toomuch energy. i've tried other diet pills and they all made me feel the same way. i've decided against diet pill after trying several. and besides, you wont be taking them forever so it seems like a quick fix but i think diet pills are crap and the old fashioned cutting down the amount you eat is better. but i guess you gotta try it to believe it. my friend fot her hoodia at rite aid for real cheap, it was like a trial base.

well...you could look at it like this...those diet pills are NOT guaranteed to work...and when they say they will, the spokespersons say that because diet pills are considered "food" meaning theres no real scientifically proven diet pill. but drinking COLD water does help your metabolism, and i would say not to waste money on diet pills, just eat smaller portions or if you are all the time hungry find a food with low calories. but DO drink lots of water
