Can someone tell me how i can lose weight really fast without starving myself or taking diet pills?

i had a baby july of last year and havent been able to lose the weight. i dont work and dont have much of a life. i really need to lose this fat to build my self esteem back up. not to mention fit into my clothes!

Go on a protein diet. No sugars. no more than 20 carbs a day, drink alot of water (I drink flavered water), and put on some good music to dance around the house when you are cleaning or playing with the little one. Have some fun, the weight will come off.
well, i just eat less and move about more...i am on slim-fast and the stuff is great. i lost like 40-50 pounds in less then six months i think.
Eating healthy and exercising a lot are really the only ways to lose weight effectively and permanently. You didn't gain weight overnight, so you can't expect to lose it all that fast.
The only safest way is "exercise", along with eating in moderation. Unless you're considering surgery, there's no "HEALTHY" way to lose weight really fast, doesn't matter what they say in those ads. Please be careful! You are what you tell yourself to be.

Yes, eat all raw food. like eggs , meat fruit and veggies. I dont mean eat food raw , I mean only eat food the way it grew or the way it was taken from the animal. In other words I am sure you have never seen a noodle plant or a cup cake tree. Dont eat it if it didnt grow that way.
u need to eat to lose weight is what you need to eat is a lot of protein friuts etc. just dont eat faty foods n most of all execise a lot

If you don't work and don't have a life than you have lots of time to exercise. If you don't want to diet, that's your only choice.
Start by walking; walk at little farther each day. Take more than one walk (my parents actually take THREE walks a day--morning, noon and night, totaling ten miles or more a day). You can push your baby in an all-terrain stroller to work your upper body.
Get a few videos and a set of hand weights (1, 3, 5#, two of each) and work out in front of the TV. Wait 48 hours before repeating the same body part. I like Joyce Vedrel's books and videos.
Eat slim-fast instead of food for two of your meals and halve your food for the 3 meal.
