Over the last 2 years I have tried numerous over the counter diet pills/fat burners with NO results!

None. Don't take diet pills they have massive side effects. The not only damage your liver but also can dehydrate you severely. Let alone what it will do to your heart working as a stimulate. Your best bet is diet and exercise. Remember you can eat everything in moderation.
You have hit a plateau. It is a normal part of weight loss, and allows your body to adjust to your new weight. Keep on doing what you are doing, and in a short time the weight will drop off. Remember, you lose inches before you lose pounds and muscle weighs more than fat.

please I beg of you please don't take the over the counter diet pills back in 1986 I took some over the counter diet pills and ended up having a stroke I just wanted to lose ten pounds to go to my class reunion
.
