I was looking at these in walmart the other night and they were for only 20 bucks, but I wasn't sure, cause I never tried it before. What does it do? Suppress appetite, burn fat, increase motabolism??

If it's 20 bucks, it's either not a lot of pills, or they didn't actually put a lot of hoodia in the capsules. 90 capsules should cost 50$. So 20 bucks should get you about 30 capsules.
The bad thing about Hoodia is that you have to take 4-6 capsules a day to really stave off hunger. They trick your brain into not wanting to eat. It's kind of cool to try. But to keep yourself from eating and really lose weight you have to take the pills every day, several times a day I imagine.
I've never taken them that way. I bought a bottle a long time ago and I still have about 15 capsules. I will just take one or two every once in a while if I don't want to eat, like if it's late at night and I'm hungry. If I take two then I'll go about an hour without thinking about food at all. I think they're cool to try, but I don't think they're a real weight loss solution. It's too expensive, plus who knows how safe they are if you have to take 6 a day.
They don't work.
No diet pill in the market works, if it did everyone would buy it and everyone would be thin.
And yes I have tried them, they don't do anything at all, I was just as hungry and my metabolism was the same.
