Excercise is the answer...don't start taking pills at your age. Go online, there are plenty of pedometer's as you call them for swimming.

Just drink a lot of water and excerise. Replace one of your meals lets say... dinner for a shake!

well, I am currently on a diet and replace one meal (dinner) with a shake. In the shake I include the following:

1. Blueberries (filled with antioxidants)
2. Strawberries
3. Banana ( fill you up)
4. SKIM MILK ( helps you digest)
5. Teaspoon of Honey
6. Grapefruit ( a great source of FAT BURNER)

you don't need to waster your money on pills, diets or pedometers. they don't work, they're all business gimmicks to make someone rich.

to lose weight all you need to do is eat right and exercise.
avoid sugary foods, read labels, count sugar content, avoid high fructose corn syrup
avoid fast food products
do cardio exercise five days a week
lift weights three days a week

get healthy and the beauty will be revealed.
why would you need to take diet pills to lose 10 pounds?

you are young, doing some exercising will get rid of that easily
Hello, I am a health and wellness coach. You didn't mention anything about what sort of diet you are on. By diet I don't mean like not eating or watching calories, I mean do you eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables or do you scarf junk and fast food. Also, are you drinking plenty of water and avoiding sodas? When I first got into the health industry I lost 15
pounds in one month by switching from sodas to water, then about a year later when I had went back to sodas but was drinking diet sodas, I was able to loose 10 pounds by giving them up. It is better to exercise and regulate your eating habits than to diet or take pills. Also if you tend to eat a lot of meat and/or fast or processed foods, then you can have undigested fecal matter stored up in your colon that can cause weight gain. The FDA has stated that the average American adult has anywhere from 5 to 22 pounds of undigested fecal matter in their colon. A good dieters cleanse would help to clean that out. I lost 8 pounds in 7 days after doing the dieters cleanse.
