Do Diet Pills really work (if combined with exercise & diet)...do they "help" losing more weight?
Question:
Answer:
its kind of silly to think that taking a diet pill along with diet and exercise is going to help anyone loose weight, of course they going to loose weight, they are diet and exercising. but they are hurting their body because they do not know what is in that pill or what the long term effects are.
if there was a diet pill that worked. there would not be an obesity problem
Well they do work...but as soon as you stop taking them and exercising you will gain all the pounds you lost and some..so its better to lose it slowly than fast....good luck
Yes! I've been using Slim Quick female fat burning pills. I also stepped up exercise(swim laps and walking) and dieting(eating healthier food), lost about 20 lbs. in about a month!
They don't do anything.
I tried them while working out, and I lost maybe 1-3 pounds each month. I went off of them and I lost maybe 1-3 pounds each month.
While using them and NOT working out, I didn't lose anything and I ended up being jittery and dizzy and nauseated.
