Diet pills?
Question:
Answer:
Diet pills are not as dangerous as our society has been led to believe. Shock news is what sells, and thats what our liberal media throws down our throats constantly, get someone who abused diet pills and hurt themself and its plastered all over the pill is dangerous, what was dangerous was the person taking it.
With that out of the way, I would, however, suggest that you don't waste your money on them. I have spent a lot of money on diet pills throughout the years and the ONLY ones i had any type of weight loss on was called Advocare, which is available through a personal seller, much like avon, partylite candles, etc. But, Advocare had ephedra in it, and once they banned ephedra and took it out even Advocare quit working.
After 9 years of batteling my weight I have finally discovered the unpopular dirty truth to losing weight. There is no pills, diets, or surgery, or magic tricks that will do it. (yes surgery will but you will look hideous afterwards from losing it too fast). You have to get out and excersize, and watch what you eat. That's all you can do.
Yes do work put you will feel pain
1) Listen to your family and friends. You NEED to listen to them before you do anything dramatic.
2) Diet pills are dangerous. I took them with a diet system and ended up in the hospital with a multiple organ failure. Think it won't happen to you? Don't be so sure.
3) Focus on becoming HEALTHIER instead of losing weight. You will be happier and HEALTHIER in the long run.
The best pill that actually works is healthy diet and exercise.
xenadrine. I took this after having 2 babies back to back, and lost 100lbs. which was everthing I gained. It took about 8 months
NOOOOOOO PILLS
START AEROBIC
OR DANCING
i don't know any, but I wouldn't try any. If you feel like you need to lose the weight, do it the old fashion way, excercise and eat good
Okay first and foremost, Diet Pills can be dangerous. Go to your doctor and tell him/her that you want to take diet pills, sometimes they will prescribe you some and sometimes they will just give you a check-up, do some blood work and make sure your heart can handle the medication. Go in there with an idea of what you may want to take and talk to your doctor about them. You have to be careful because i almost started taking Trimspa and something told me to read the ingredients and I was very allergic to one of the ingredients. So just be careful and do some research first.. TAKE CARE
Ya there are lots of diet pills that helps to loose weight like phentermine, adipex, didrex and new diet pill acomplia. So search any diet pill on google that helps you.I bought acomplia from http://www.acompliarimonabantpill.co.uk... that really works. But the main thing is diet pill are not miracle pill,You won't lose weight in your sleep or shed pounds while eating anything you want.
Listen, I know you see all the commercials about how diet pills will make you look and feel better. Believe me, diet pills fill your stomach with this nasty chemical that just eats away the fat. If you really want to lose weight, make sure you do it for your own pleasure not someone else's. You might want to talk to a dietitian about planning a healthy diet or visit you doctor. You know how Anna Nichol died right? She overdosed on pills (DIET pills).
Good luck!
Why do you keep asking for advise when you know no one is going to back you up on this. Where will you ask next? Are we on the list of stupid people that "you know are right" now?
You will do whatever you want to, we all know that. Don't ask us to approve it.
I'm in medical school, and we actually talked about this a few months ago. There are NO highly effective diet pills. Most of the ones out there are diuretics, which make you lose water weight, but this can throw your electrolytes out of balance and cause dehydration along with many other serious side effects. There are a couple of weight loss pills that can be prescribed by doctors, but they're only given to patients who are obese, and they're still not all that effective, so patients are still advised to eat right and exercise.
There's no magic pill, so the best way to lose weight is to exercise regularly and eat healthy, and make sure that you're not consuming more calories than you're burning each day. Also, only try to lose 1-2 pounds per week. Any more than that can be dangerous to your health. I hope this answers your question. Good luck! :)
