I'll say no to diet pills! And BTW, Diet is not equal to not eating. I'll suggest you to eat moderately and eat slow. Eat heavy breakfast, skip lunch and eat before 9pm for dinner (No rice, potatoes, fries). Eat slow allow your body to take in nutrition and feel full.
Do exercise 3x a week (i noe it's tough). U can just spend TV commercial time doing some stretching or sit up or just move your body. Or even while you are brushing.
