Darling, forget about pills, you may runout weight but you will find yourself addicted to them. Once you can quit addiction you are over food again to help anxiety for the pills. Just eat balanced, varied food, the best is to eat every 2 hours. You are really going to have to take the effort to exercise and eat right. If you will read on most diet pills they will tell you what the results will be with a healthy diet and exercise. Green Tea supplements or Hydroxy cut will curb your appetite however you will have to exercise to get any types of results.
